Ava'ni jumping towards the sea

They called him Cereno though no one was sure of the unicorn’s true name. Many had seen the lone unicorn by the sea. There were rumors that he was from the plains and had come to the see looking for a lost love. He was as blue as the sky and speckled in sandy brown. A large brown spot surrounded his right eye. He had a shaggy dirty brown mane the color of mud. And yellow and red eyes that reminded one of a setting sun. His horn was light brown with a slight hue of blue. Ava’ni was his true name though he had not mentioned it to a living soul in years. He carried a life of solitude by the sea. He spent the night hiding in the shelter of trees, and going out to the shore during the day. During the summer he was able to feast on the grasses growing close to the sandy shores but winter was almost too hard to bear. But with his years he had learned to survive. He tended to a small grove all year long. He took care of grasses and berry bushes so that they survived long throughout the winter to keep himself fed in the long winter months.
